Dave Gute (Superintendent at FM and Stanton) and Shannon Smith (School Board Member) accepting the Fremont County 4H Meritorious Service Award for their generous support of 4H and Extension in Fremont County. Gary and Mary Walter (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) received the 4H Hall of Fame Award from Fremont County.

It's mid-July and that means the start to another school year is just around the corner. We have a fun and energetic Opening Day planned for you this year and can't wait to see you in August! We ask that all staff represent their regional office by wearing the color listed below: Avoca: Blue Council Bluffs: Pink Creston: Purple Glenwood: Yellow Halverson: Black Missouri Valley: Orange Osceola: Green Red Oak: Red The attire for the day is business casual, however you may wear a Tshirt in the color of your regional office. Jasmine Zeitner, School Psychologist out of the Red Oak office, welcomed a baby girl, Zaylee Jolynn Zeitner on July 13th at 12:11pm weighing in at 7lbs 7oz and 20 inches long!

Thursday, June 28th, was Lane Plugge's last day as Green Hills AEA Chief Administrator. We thank him for his leadership and dedication and wish him the best on his retirement. Today, Dr. Lolli Haws will begin to serve as our new Chief Administrator.
