Will you be my neighbor?

Sept. 2 was Good Neighbor Day and Denise Volker (school psychologist, Peterson) surprised staff at the office with yellow roses. BloomWorks in Council Bluffs provides a dozen roses, free, to anyone in the community, while supplies last. They are to hand out 11 of the roses and keep one for themselves. Pictured are Sondy Laughlin, Denise, and Susan Himes.
