Reaching out to you

The forecast shows we may be in for a snowy winter! If inclement weather forces delays or closings, staff will be alerted through School Reach, an automated notification system. This system notifies staff of office opening delays or closures due to inclement weather or other situations.This information will also be posted on the GHAEA website. 

      The School Reach system pulls information from the agency's personnel system so only GHAEA employees will receive agency School Reach notifications. Staff will receive notifications for their assigned regional office only (unless it is an agency-wide notification). 

      If you have a home and cell phone number in the personnel system, the system will automatically call both numbers. If you have a preference as to which number is used or any change in either home or cell phone number(s), contact Cindy Wohlenahus.
