Tree planting commemorates CBRO

Dr. Plugge had the honors for
the first shovel of dirt!

On April 4, an autumn blaze maple tree was planted on the south end of the Halverson Center campus to commemorate the Council Bluffs Regional Office (CBRO). Chief Administrator Lane Plugge and Regional Administrator Jenny Barnett were joined by CBRO and Halverson staff for the planting ceremony.
