Heartland AEA chief administrator announces retirement

Paula Vincent, chief administrator at Heartland AEA in Johnston, has announced her retirement effective June 30, 2017. In a letter to staff Vincent wrote, "My husband, Steve, and I are very much looking forward to having more time together and with our family to pursue new interests and activities. For the next several months; however, I will be focused on contributing in whatever ways I can to assure a smooth transition. I am confident the Board will establish a well-considered process for hiring a new administrator."
