Iowa's Area Education Agencies have created a statewide partnership and resource center aimed to improve postsecondary readiness and education attainment, with a focus on closing gaps that exist for those populations traditionally underrepresented in higher education.

In alignment with Governor Kim Reynolds's Future Ready Iowa Alliance, as well as the AEA Compact, Iowa AEA Postsecondary Readiness & Equity Partnership (PREP) will focus on building equitable capacity throughout Iowa, across the AEAs, and schools.
