Certified Employee Staff Handbook

After changes in Chapter 20 by the Iowa Legislature, many previous bargaining topics are no longer mandatory subjects of bargaining, and as a result are no longer included in the Certified Master Contract. Instead they are now found in the brand new Certified Staff Handbook, which can be found at this link on the Human Resources page of our website.
