Workshop will look at guardianship, conservatorship and substitute decision-making

GHAEA's Parent and Educator Connection is offering a free workshop on guardianship, conservatorship and substitute decision-making, April 7, at Halverson Center. The workshop will be presented by Disability Rights of Iowa and is designed for parents/siblings, educators, community service providers and Vocational Rehabilitation counselors.
